The ground floor, with its wooden parquet flooring. has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (one is en-suite). A breakfast bar separates the fully equipped kitchen from the spacious open-plan air-conditioned living/dining room. This lounge area features comfortable oversized sofas and chairs and a modern entertainment centre with cable television and music system. Wooden double doors give access to the exterior of the house where spacious pool-decks equipped with sun-loungers and patio furniture surround a large rectangular swimming pool. The gas BBQ is perfect for poolside gatherings. Indigenous Caribbean flora beautifies the extensive gardens, which are fully fenced. The laundry is conveniently located on the ground floor. The master bedroom with king-sized bed and cable television is accessed via a hardwood staircase from the ground floor. There is an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
