On the ground floor are three spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, open plan living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The covered patio is an ideal place for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the pool area (there is a gate which restricts access, a good feature if you have young children). The spacious fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the lower ground floor and opens onto the pool deck.
